My Responsibility: Took a high fidelity static website design and built a responsive website in Webflow, tested the site's usability, and implemented a client facing chatbot.
Story: The agency was newly founded and needed a company website that represented the brand that could be shown to potential clients going forward.
The challenge was to establish the online presence of the newly founded agency by creating a company website that effectively represented the brand as intuitive in design process. The objective was to craft a responsive website with a modern design aesthetic, ensuring it served as a showcase for potential clients. Additionally, the project involved implementing a client-facing chatbot to enhance user engagement and communication.
The primary users of the "Subcreation.design" website are potential clients exploring the agency's services and portfolio. Such clients might be project/program managers of tech companies looking to outsource design projects to a consultant agency who could start and/or finish a project at any step in the design process.
As an intern, the challenge involved transforming a high-fidelity static website design into a fully responsive website using Webflow. Usability testing was an integral part of the process to guarantee a seamless user experience. The implementation of a client-facing chatbot added a layer of complexity, requiring careful integration to enhance client interaction.
